ORDER N° 0181--2 MINSANTE OF 29 MAI 2026 to transform some Integrated Health Centers into Subdivisional Medical Centers.

Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Law n°96/03 of 04 January 1996 on the framework law in the field of health; Mindful of Decree n°92/089 of 04 May 1992 specifying the powers and duties of the Prime Minister as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 95/145 bis of 4 August 1995; Mindful of Decree n°95/013 of 07 February 1995 on the organization of the Basic Health Services in Health Districts; Mindful of Decree n°2008/376 of 12 November 2008 on the administrative organization of the Republic of Cameroon; Mindful of Decree n°2011/408 of 09 December 2011 on the organization of the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree n°2013/093 of 03 April 2013 on the organization of the Ministry of Public Health; Mindful of Decree n°2019/002 of 04 January 2019 on the reorganization of the Government,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1.-, the following Integrated Health Centers shall be transformed from the date of signature of this Order into Subdivisional Medical Centers:
FAR-NORTH REGION
MOKOLO HEALTH DISTRICT
- Gadala Subdivisional Medical Center.
SOUTHWEST REGION
BUEA HEALTH DISTRICT
- Bokwaongo Subdivisional Medical Center.
ARTICLE 2.- This Order shall be registered and published in accordance with the procedure OF urgency, then inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
