THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC HEALTH,
Mindful of the Constitution ; Mindful of Law n°96/03 of 04 January 1996 on the framework law in the field of health ; Mindful of Decree n°92/089 of 04 May 1992 specifying the powers and duties of the Prime Minister as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 95/145 bis of 4 August 1995; Mindful of Decree n°95/013 of 07 February 1995 on the organization of the Basic Health Services in Health Districts ; Mindful of Decree n°2008/376 of 12 November 2008 on the administrative organization of the Republic of Cameroon; Mindful of Decree n°2011/408 of 09 December 2011 on the organization of the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018 ; Mindful of Decree n°2013/093 of 03 April 2013 on the organization of the Ministry of Public Health; Mindful of Decree n° 2019/002 of 04 January 2019 on the reorganization of the Government,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOOLWS :
ARTICLE 1.- From the date of signature of this Order, the following Subdivisional Medical Center shall be transformed into a District Hospital:
CENTER REGION
MAKAK HEALTH DISTRICT
Makak Subdivisional Medical Center.
ARTICLE 2.- This Order shall be registered and published in accordance with the procedure of urgency and then inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
