The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby informs the national and international opinion that, on Tuesday 28 July 2020, he presided over the first session of the Joint Ministerial Committee in charge of assisting the service provider, monitoring and supervising the implementation of a new Computerized System for the Integrated Management of State Human Resources and the Payroll, known as SIGIPES.
Besides the Minister of State Minister of Higher Education and the Minister Delegate at the Presidency of the Republic in charge of Public Contracts, this meeting also witnessed the presence of Representatives of the Presidency of the Republic and the Prime Minister’s Office as well as those of the various ministries involved in this process.
The meeting’s agenda focused mainly on the examination of the Terms of Reference and validation of contracts award documents.
At the end of rich and fruitful discussions, the documents examined, namely, the Terms of Reference, Calls for expression of interest and Tender files, were approved with the view to selecting and signing of contracts with the various service providers who will accompany the government in the implementation of this important project.
