RésuméLe Président de la République convoque le Conseil supérieur de la magistrature le 6 août 2020 à 10h à la salle de conférence de la Présidence. La décision est prise en vertu de la Constitution et de la loi n°82/14 modifiée. Elle ordonne l'enregistrement et la publication urgente au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

DECISION No. 001 CAB/PR OF 08 JUL 2020 to convene the Higher Judicial Council

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 82/14 of 26 November 1982 to lay down the organization and functioning of the Higher Judicial Council, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 89/16 of 28 July 1989,

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Higher Judicial Council is convened at 10 a.m. on Thursday, 6 August 2020, at the Conference Room of the Presidency of the Republic, Unity Palace.

ARTICLE 2: This decision shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
