The Senior Divisional Officer of Nde, launches a public consultation for the material equipment (bath 1) and informatics material (batch2) for the Ndé divisional Delegation of Employment and Vocational Training
- ESTIMATED COST
The estimated cost including tax of the services covered by this consultation is 20,000,000 (twenty millions) FCFA (batch 1) and 20,000,000 (twenty millions) FCFA (batch 2)
- PARTICIPATION AND ORIGIN
This consultation is open to all companies under Cameroonian law.
- ALLOTMENT
This consultation is made up of a single batch.
- FUNDING
The services covered by this consultation are financed by the Public Investment Budget (BIP) of MINEVT for the 2026 financial year.
- CONSULTATION OF THE FILE
The Quotation Request file can be consulted during working hours at the Senior Divisional Office Bangangté (general affairs service), as soon as this Notice of Consultation is published.
- ACQUISITION OF THE FILE
The Request for Quotation file can be withdrawn from the Senior Divisional Office Bangangté (general affairs service) against presentation of a receipt for payment of
the non-refundable sum of 20,000 (Twenty thousand) FCFA Payable in the Revenues of Finance.
8. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS
Each offer, written in French or in English in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, must reach the Senior Divisional Office Bangangté (secretariat of the procurement commission) for Procurement, at no later than 12 MARCH 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time, in a sealed envelope and must bear the following mention, without indication of the identity of the tenderer, under penalty of rejection:

9. PROJECT DURATION
The maximum deadlines for carrying out the services covered by this consultation is sixty (60) days, from the date of notification of the Service Order to begin.
