Open National Invitation to Tender No. _004/AONO/CRTV/CIPM/2026_ of 21 April 2026 for the acquisition of seven vehicles and a motorcycle for CRTV, in five (5) batches, 2026 financial year
1. Purpose of the Invitation to Tender
In order to improve of working conditions for the staff of the Office, the Director General of CRTV hereby launches an Open National Invitation to tender for the acquisition of seven vehicles and a motorcycle for the 2026 financial year.
2. Consistency of Services
The services under this Invitation to Tender shall concern the delivery of the following vehicles:
- one (1) 4x4 station wagon;
- one (1) double-cab pick-ups;
- three (3) single-seater GLX 5 P 1462e BVA SLDA vehicles;
- One (1) SUV GL 5 P 1462e BVA vehicle;
- One (1) SUV 1,5 DELUXE 4 AUTOMATIC vehicule and a XTZ125E motorcycle
3. Batches/allotment
This invitation to tender is in five (5) batches:
- Batch 1: acquisition of one (1) 4x4 station wagon;
- Batch 2: acquisition of one (1) double-cab pick-up;
- Batch 3: acquisition of three (3) single-seater GLX 5 P 1462e BVA SLDA vehicles;
- Batch 4: acquisition of one (1) SUV GL 5 P 1462e BVA vehicle;
- Batch 5: acquisition of one (1) SUV 1,5 DELUXE 4 AUTOMATIC vehicule and a XTZ125E motorcycle.
4. Estimated cost
The estimated cost of the operation at the end of the preliminary studies is F CFA 249 950 000 (two hundred and forty-nine million nine hundred and fifty thousand) all taxes included, divi per batch as follows:
- Batch 1: CFAF 86,000,000 (eighty-six million)
- Batch 2: CFAF 37,000,000 (thirty-seven million)
- Batch 3: CFAF 75,000,000 (seventy-five million)
- Batch 4: CFAF 25,000,000 (twenty-five million)
- Batch 5: CFAF 26,950,000 (twenty-six million nine fifty thousand)
5. Delivery deadline and place
The maximum time planned by the Project Owner for providing the equipment being procured is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days. This deadline starts from the date of notification of the service order to begin the services.
The place of delivery shall be CRTV's TV Production Centre at Mballa II, Yaounde;
6. Participation and origin
Participation in this Invitation to Tender is open to Cameroonian firms with proven expertise in providing services of the same nature.
- Funding
Services under this Invitation to Tender are financed by CRTV's 2026 budget on the imputation line No. 24510000.
- BIDDING METHOD
The bidding method chosen for this consultation is online.
- Bid Bond
Each bidder must include with his administrative documents a bid bond, paid in cash, issued by a financial body or institution approved by the Ministry of Finance to issue bonds in the area of public contracts and whose list appears in Exhibit 14 of the DAO, the amount of which in CFA francs amounts to:
- Batch 1: CFAF 800,000 (eight hundred thousand);
- Batch 2: CFAF 300,000 (three hundred thousand);
- Batch 3: CFAF 700,000 (seven hundred thousand);
