FOR THE REHABILITATION OF TWO (02) BLOCKS OF FOUR (04) CLASSROOMS AT ECOLE PUBLIQUE FRANCOPHONE (EPF) LALA - MAMFE.
- Subject of the invitation to tender:
Within the framework of the 2026 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Mamfe Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure FOR THE REHABILITATION OF TWO (02) BLOCKS OF FOUR (04) CLASSROOMS AT ECOLE PUBLIQUE FRANCOPHONE (EPF) LALA - MAMFE.
- Nature of work:
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided for in the technical specifications. It concerns the rehabilitation of two classrooms.
- Execution deadline
The maximum deadline provided for by the Project Owner for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.
- Estimated cost
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 15 000 000 FCFA.
- Participation and origin
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender.
- Funding
Services, subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2026 financial year as follows: RECORD NUMBER: JA01540
- Bid bond
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment or a fully accredited Insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N° 10 of the Tender File, of an amount of 300 000 FCFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The bid bond should be provided in accordance with the Circular Letter N° 000019/LC/MINMAP of 5th June 2024 relating to the modalities of constitution, deposit, conservation, restitution and withdrawal of bond on public contracts. This bid bond should be authenticated by a certificate issued by CDEC.
8. Consultation of tender file:
The file may be consulted during working hours (7:30 am – 3:30 pm) at the Mamfe Council Contracts Office. Tel: 675181097/653275668/679594652, ARMP Buea, MINMAP Manyu as soon as this notice is published.
9. Acquisition of tender file:
The file may be obtained from the Mamfe Council Contracts Office, as soon as this notice is published against payment of a non-refundable sum of 20 000 FCFA for the tender to the Mamfe Municipal Treasury with an acknowledgement receipt thereof.
