FOR THE REHABILITATION OF TOMBEL WATER SCHEME IN TOMBEL TOWN - KUPE MUANEGUBA DIVISION - SOUTH-WESTREGION.

1. SUBJECT OF THE INVITATION TO TENDER:
Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2026, the Lord Mayor of Tombel Council, contracting authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender on behalf of the Ministry of Water and Energy Project Owner, for the Rehabilitation of Tombel water scheme - Kupe Muaneguba Division - South-West Region.
2. NATURE OF WORKS:
The services of this contract comprise notably:
> Rehabilitation of Tombel water scheme (pipeline),
3. DEADLINE FOR EXECUTION
The maximum period provided for the execution of the works by the Authorizing Officer is fixed at: Three (03) Months
4. Allotment
The supplies are divided into one (01) single lot.
5. Estimated cost.
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Forty-Two million Five hundred thousand (42 500 000) FCFA.
6. PARTICIPATION AND ORIGIN:
The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
7. FINANCING
Supplies which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by MINEE Public Investment Budget of the 2026 financial year, Budget Head No: 60 32 342 3 32000003 0630464211
8. CONSULTATION OF THE TENDER FILE
The file may be consulted during working hours at the General Secretariat of Tombel Council, Phone N°: 679 788 494 as soon as this notice is published.

# 9. ACQUISITION OF TENDER FILE
The file may be obtained during working hours at the General Secretariat of Tombel Council No. 679 788 494 as soon as this notice is published against payment of a non-refundable sum of Eighty-Five thousand francs (85,000) FCFA, payable at the Council treasurer office.
# 10. SUBMISSION OF BIDS:
Each bid drafted in English and French in seven (06) copies plus one (01) original marked as such, should reach the General Secretariat of Tombel Council, against a receipt not later than 21/04/2026 at 10 a.m. local time in three (03) distinct envelopes which shall be labeled as follows:
- Envelop A: Administrative documents.
- Envelop B: technical offer.
- Envelop C: financial offer.
These three (03) envelopes will be put in a fourth one which shall be labeled as follows:
