- Objective :
The Director General of the Cardinal Paul Emile LEGER National Centre for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (CPEL/NCRPD) launches an Open National Tender Notice in emergency procedure for the purchase of a pick-up truck.
- Consistency of the service
The service offer relating to this Order has to do with the purchase of a pick-up truck as described in exhibit n°5 below.
- Allotment
The supplies subject to this Tender shall be contained in a single lot.
- Estimated cost
The estimated cost of this provision, following preliminary studies, amounts to thirty-five million (35 000 000) CFAF, taxes included.
- Delivery timeframe and location
The timeframe for the delivery at CPEL/NCRPD of the materials related to this Call for Tender is three (03) months maximum from the date of notification of the Start-up Service Order.
- Participation and origin
Participation in this Invitation to tender is open to companies governed by Cameroonian law, established in Cameroon and demonstrating proven experience in the supply of similar or related equipment.
- Funding
Provisions of this Invitation to tender are financed by the budget of the NCRPD –MINAS PIB 2026 fiscal year under the budgetary charge n° 24310.
- Submission method
The submission method selected for this consultation is online or offline. However, when both options are available, a bidder cannot use both the online and the offline simultaneously.
- Bid Bond
Each tenderer must enclose his administrative documents a bid bond, paid in hand, issued by a body or financial institution approved by the Minister of Finance to issue bonds in the field of public contracts and listed in annex 14 of the Tender Documents (DAO) in the amount of five hundred twenty-five thousand twenty-five (525.025) CFAF. The Bid Bond shall be stamped and accompanied by a receipt of deposit issued by the Deposits and Consignment Fund (CDEC), and must remain valid for up to thirty (30) days beyond the Bid validity deadline. Failure to provide a Bid Bond issued by a first class bank or financial institution
