Within the framework of 2026 Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of BALIKUMBAT Council, Contracting authority, hereby launches an open national invitation to tender for the CONSTRUCTION OF A BRIDGE OVER RIVER NCHOMBOH LINKING MEMBEPAH AND NCHOMBOH QUARTERS IN BAFANJI VILLAGE IN BALIKUMBAT MUNICIPALITY.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment or an insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in the Tender File, of an amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSANDS (500,000) Francs CFA, and valid for thirty (30) days.
