# The Law ... only the Law
Cameron's attractiveness is also attributed to the enhanced effectiveness and efficiency of regulations in force. The protection of fundamental rights, which has always been of paramount concern to public authorities in general and judicial authorities in particular, has led to the establishment of a legal framework which promotes respect for human rights, social justice, protection of persons and property, including an independent judicial system fit to ensure consistent and uniform implementation of laws. Reassured by laws drafted with keen regard for quality both in terms of form and content, litigants in Cameroon possess a legal arsenal, the specificity and clarity of which make it the best in the world according to some leading specialists.
From public law to administrative law, including private law, public international law, private international law, civil law, social law, criminal law, commercial law and other judicial law, no stone is left unturned. In this effort to improve Cameroon's legal and institutional framework, everything is done and set in place not only to ensure the well-being of all segments of the population, but above all to preserve legal security and the citizens' confidence in these institutions.
