# OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 017.18/ONIT/SONARA/CIPM/2018 OF 22nd/05/2018

For the upkeep of green spaces of sector 2 of the residential quarters in Bota.

1. SUBJECT OF THE TENDER

The General Manager of SONARA launches an open national invitation to tender to ensure the upkeep of green spaces of the Cape Limboh sector.

2. NATURE OF WORK

The bidder to be selected at the end of this tender procedure shall ensure the upkeep of the green spaces of the Cape Limboh sector, in conformity with the outlined terms of reference. The site is sub-divided into the following three (03) zones;

The street from the highway SONARA-Batoke towards the SONARA Club House (5 meters away from both sides of the road up to the SONARA Club House, the entire duplex an its surroundings 15 meters away

The sign board indicating the SONARA Club House towards the Cape Limboh residential quarters passing through the new Credit Union building and by liberating the road sides by 7 meters. This zone also covers all duplexes, the Boys' quarters and 10 meters of its surroundings.

3. EXECUTION DEADLINE

The planned duration given by the project owner for the realization of the job is thirty six (36) months sub-divided into three (03) periods as follows, as from the date of the corresponding service notification to start work:

This tender is not in lots.

5. ESTIMATED COST:

The estimated cost of this operation is CFAF 76.976.352 (seventy six million nine hundred seventy six thousand, three hundred fifty two francs) all taxes included.

6. PARTICIPATION AND ORIGIN

Participation is open to all Cameroonian-based companies with proven competence and expertise in this specific domain.

7. FUNDING:

This tender will be funded by the SONARA budget (ED218-X05-0203)

8. PROVISIONAL BOND

To avoid rejection, each bidder must include in their administrative documents, a bid bond drawn up and signed by a bank or a first class financial institution registered by the ministry in charge of finance and which figures on document N° 11 of the ITT, of an amount of CFAF 1.291.008 (one million two hundred ninety one thousand eight francs) and valid for 30 days, beyond the original date of validity of the offer. The other administrative documents required must either be original, or the true copies certified by the issuing service or an administrative authority; Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officer...), in accordance with the stipulations of the special rules and regulations of the invitation to tender.
