# OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 018.18/ONIT/SONARA/CIPM/2018 OF 22nd/05/2018
For the upkeep of green spaces of sector 2 of the residential quarters in Bota.
1. SUBJECT OF THE TENDER
The General Manager of SONARA launches an open national invitation to tender to ensure the upkeep of green spaces of sector 2 of the residential quarters in Bota.
2. NATURE OF WORK
The bidder to be selected at the end of this tender procedure shall ensure the upkeep of the green spaces of sector 2 of the residential quarters in Bota, in conformity with the outlined terms of reference. The site is subdivided into the following five (05) zones;
- Zone 1: concerns the green spaces around the following apartments:
Villa T1 E3, T1 E4, SMG office, all buildings of the SONARA College
- Limit of the zone: fence SONARA field and EDING Street
- Zone 2: concerns the green space around the following apartments
Villa T1B1, T1B2, T1B3, T1B4, T1B5, T1B6, T1B12, T1B13, T1B14, T1B15
- Limit of the zone: EDING Street, Street in between T1B6, and TIB12, Street in between TIB13 and T1B17, ISOKOLO Street
- Zone 3: concerns the green spaces around the following buildings:
Villa T1C1, T1C2, T1D2, T1D1, T1C3, T1C4, Public garden, T1B11, TIB10, T1B9, TIB8, TIB7,
- Limit of the zone: EDING Street, passage in between the villa of the GM and T1D1-T1B11, Street between TIB1 and T1B14 through to EDING Street
- Zone 4: concerns green spaces around the following buildings
Villa of GM, AGM, Lawn Tennis court
- Limit of the zone: EDING Street, the gutter in between the lawn Tennis court and apartments, passage in between the football field and the Villa of the GM and the passage in between the Villa of the GM and T1B11-T1
- Zone 5: concerns the green spaces around the following buildings:
Primary school, recreation hall, the football field, the nursery school, boys quarters, Villas TIB18
- Limit of the zone: ISOKOLO Street, Street of the recreation hall, gutter in between the recreation hall and apartments, passage in between the Villa of the GM and T1E2 and in between T1B14 and T1E1 through to ISOKOLO Street
3. EXECUTION DEADLINE
The planned duration given by the project owner for the realization of the job is thirty six (36) months sub-divided into three (03) periods as follows, as from the date of the corresponding service notification to start work:
- Steady period: twelve (12) months
- First conditional period: twelve (12) months
- Second conditional period: twelve (12) months
4. ALLOTMENT
This tender is not in lots.
5. ESTIMATED COST:
The estimated cost of this operation is CFAF 97.909.020 (ninety seven million nine hundred nine thousand, twenty francs) all taxes included.
6. PARTICIPATION AND ORIGIN
Participation is open to all Cameroonian-based companies with proven competence and expertise in this specific domain.
