NOTICE OF CALL FOR TENDERS

For construction works in the commune of Bassamba in three (03) lots.
- Construction works of the gate and exterior development at the NTAKOU nursery school (Lot 1)
- Construction works of the gate and exterior development at the school library (Lot 2)
- Finishing works of the teachers' on-call housing (Lot 3)
2. Scope of Works
The works include in particular:
- PRELIMINARY WORKS
- FOUNDATIONS
- ERECTION
- PLASTERING
- WOOD AND METAL JOINERY
- SANITARY PLUMBING
- ELECTRICITY
- Miscellaneous and Roads and Utilities (VRD)
3. Phases/Allotment
The works are divided into the following lots:
- Construction of the fence and external development at the kindergarten (Lot 1)
- Construction of the fence and external development at the school library (Lot 2)
- Finishing works of the on-call teachers' accommodation (Lot 3)
4. Estimated Cost
The estimated cost of the operation following the preliminary studies is 25,500,000 (Twenty-Five Million Five Hundred Thousand) CFA francs for Lot No. 1; 40,000,000 (Forty Million) CFA francs for Lot No. 2; 20,000,000 (Twenty Million) CFA francs for Lot No. 3.
5. Expected Execution Period
The maximum period set by the Contracting Authority for the completion of the works, subject to this call for tenders, is 04 (Four) calendar months for each lot. This period starts from the date of notification of the order to commence the services.
6. Participation and Origin
Participation in this call for tenders is open to all companies with knowledge in construction.

8. Submission Method
The submission method chosen for this consultation is: offline.
9. Bid Guarantee
Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents a bid guarantee, paid in cash, issued by an organization or financial institution approved by the Minister in charge of finance to issue guarantees in the field of public procurement the list of which is provided in document 14 of the bidding documents (DAO). The amount is 127500 (One hundred twenty seven thousand five hundred) CFA francs for lot No. 1; 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand) CFA francs for lot No. 2; 100,000 (one-Hundred Thousand) CFA francs for lot No. 3, and it must be valid for up to thirty (30) days beyond the initial validity date of the bids. The absence of a bid guarantee issued by the deposit and consignment office will result in rejection.
