1. Subject of the invitation to tender
Within the framework of Public Investment Budget 2026, of the Republic of Cameroon, the Mayor of Batié council, Contracting Authority hereby launches an invitation to tender FOR THE OPENING OF SOME COUNCIL ROADS AND EARTH WORKS IN BATIÉ COUNCIL IN UPPER- PLATEAUX DIVISION.
2. Nature of works
Works comprise especially: The works subject of this contract include:
Lot 01 - PREPARATORY WORKS; - EARTH WORKS;
Lot 02 - PREPARATORY WORKS; - SOUTENNEMENT WALL; - EARTH WORKS OF SCHOOL YARD;
Lot 03: - INSTALLATIONS; - CLEANING AND EARTH WORKS; - OTHERS CONNEX AMENAGEMENTS; - FOOT WALKING PASSAGE
Lot 04: - INSTALLATIONS;
CIRCULATION – GREEN SPACE DEVELOPPEMENT AND SANITATION-DRAINAGE; ECLAIRAGE AU LAMPADAIRE;
3. Tranches/Allotment
The works are subdivided into tranches and/or lots defined here below:

4. Estimated cost
The estimated cost of the operation following preliminary studies is:

5. Estimated execution deadline
The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Project Owner for the execution of the works subject of this tender shall be three (03) months per lot.
6. Participation and origin
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to Cameroonian-based enterprises with experience in the construction domain.
