FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (01) MINI DRINKING WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM (AEP) USING SOLAR/ELECTRIC PUMPING IN THE VILLAGE OF METEU IN THE FOTO GROUP, DISCHANG COUNCIL, MENOUA DIVISION, WEST REGION (ON EMERGENCY PROCEDURE)
1. Object
Within the framework of the execution of the Public Investment Budget the Mayor of the DISCHANG Council, contracting authority launches on its own behalf, an Open National call for tenders for the work of the above-mentioned purpose.
2. Works
The consistency of these works is detailed in the “Detailed estimate” and in the “Unit Price List” with these following rubrics:

3. Participation and origin
Participation in this call for tenders is open on equal terms to all Cameroonian law with skills in the field of buildings and public works.

All the work is divided into a single (01) lot
5. Financement
The Public Investment Budget (PIB) MINDDEVEL 2026 will finance this project.
6. Estimated Cost
The estimated cost of the operation at the end of the preliminary studies is thirty million (30 000 000) CFA Francs including all taxes.

9. Provisional surety
Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond established according to the model indicated in the Tender Document and in the amount of one hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) CFA Francs issued by one of the first-rate banks approved by the Minister responsible for Finance.
The provisional bond will be automatically released no later than one hundred and thirty (30) days after the publication of the results of the call for tenders for unsuccessful bidders. If the tenderer is successful, the provisional security will be released after the final security has been lodged.
