1. Subject of the invitation to tender

As part of the implementation of the Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Massangam council, project owner launches on behalf of the Ministry of Water and Energy, a Call for closed National Offers in emergency procedure for the construction work of three (03) boreholes equipped with human-powered pumps respectively in the localities of MANGUEDOUM, MANKOUNKOU CHIEFDOM, KOUTOULANDEN, Massangam Council, Noun Division, West Region.

1. Nature of works

The work, objects of this Call of Offers, concern the construction work of three (03) boreholes equipped with human-powered pumps respectively in the localities of MANGUEDOUM, MANKOUNKOU CHIEFDOM, KOUTOULANDEN, Massangam Council, Noun Division, West Region. The consistency of these works is detailed in the "Detailed estimate" and in the "Unit Price List" of each lot.

1. Execution deadline

The maximum turnaround time provided by the contractor for the work is three (03) months. The period runs from the date of notification of the service order to begin work

The work is in a single batch.

The estimated cost of the operation following preliminary studies is twenty-seven million (27 000 000) CFA F

1. Participation and origin

Participation in this tender shall be open on equal conditions to all Cameroon-based public works contractors.

1. Financing

Works under this tender shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget of the MINEE as part of the 2026 annual program and following.

Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a tender security in the form specified in the Bidding Documents and the amount of which is:
