# INVITATION TO TENDER

Open National Invitation to Tender No. 03/AONO/COMMUNE-BANGANGTE/CIPM/2026 of February 23, 2026, in two lots.

Φ Lot 1: Construction of 3 culverts on the Madoum-Tetga-Tchamba road, including the development of the access road to the Madoum Primary School;

Φ Lot 2: Construction of one culvert on the TOUTSEU-Maham sand quarry road.

Purpose of the Invitation to Tender

Within the framework of the execution of the 2026 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of the Municipality of Bangangté, the Contracting Authority, is launching, on behalf of the Bangangté Town Hall, an Open National Invitation to Tender under an emergency procedure for the execution of the above-mentioned works in two lots.

Scope of Work

The work includes, in particular, the following for each lot:

Lot 1: - Preliminary work; - Cleaning and earthworks; - Roadway; - Sanitation and drainage; - Engineering structures; - Signage and safety equipment.

Lot 2: - Preliminary work; - Cleaning and earthworks; - Roadway; - Sanitation and drainage; - Engineering structures; - Signage and safety equipment.

Estimated Cost

The estimated total cost of the project, including VAT, following the preliminary studies, is:

Estimated Completion Time

The maximum time allowed by the Contracting Authority for the completion of the work, which is the subject of this invitation to tender, is three (3) calendar months. This period begins from the date of notification of the work order to commence services.

Participation and Origin

Participation in this tender is open to all small and medium-sized enterprises incorporated under Cameroonian law with proven expertise in the field of public works.

Financing

The works covered by this tender are financed by the BIP MINDHU 2026 (transferred resources).

Submission Method

The submission method for this tender is offline.

Bid Security

Each bidder must include with their administrative documents a stamped, hand-paid bid security issued by an organization or financial institution authorized by the Minister of Finance to issue guarantees in the field of public procurement. A list of these institutions is included in document 14 of the tender documents. The amount of the bid security is 185,265 (One hundred eighty-five thousand two hundred sixty-five) CFA francs for Lot 1 and 64,735 (Sixty-four thousand seven hundred thirty-five) CFA francs for Lot 2. The bid security must be valid for thirty (30) days beyond the initial bid validity period.
