Within the framework of 2026 Public Investment Budget, The President of the North West Regional assembly, contracting authority, hereby launches an open national invitation to tender for the phase II construction and completion of a theatre block at Nkwen District Hospital

1. Nature of works:

Works to be done consists of 100 : PRELIMINARY WORKS 200: ELEVATION OF FIRST FLOOR 300 : CARPENTARY AND JOINERY (ROOFING) 400 : SECTION 14: PLUMBING SANITARY INSTALLATION 500 : WOODEN AND METALLIC WORKS 600 : WINDOWS 700 : ELECTRICAL WORKS 800 : PLASTERING AND RENDERING 900 : FLOORING/TILING 1000: PAINTING 1100: EXTERNAL WORKS

1. Execution deadline

The maximum deadline provided by the Contracting Authority for the execution of the works subject of this Invitation to tender is Four (04) calendar Months.
