1. Subject of the Invitation to Tender:
Within the framework of PPRD-2026, The President of the North West Regional assembly, contracting authority, hereby launches an open national invitation to tender FOR THE REHABILITATION OF STRUCTURES IN SOME PALACES IN THE NORTHWEST REGION, DIVIDED INTO TWO (02) LOTS.
2. Nature of works:
Works to be done consist of:
100: SITE PREPARATION 200: EARTH WORKS 300: MASONARY AND CONCRETE WORKS 400: FRAMING WORKS- ROOFING 500: ALUMINIUM, WOOD AND METAL JOINERY WORKS 600: ELECTRICAL WORKS 700: PAINTING WORKS 800: PLUMBING WORKS 900: FLOOR AND WALL CLADDINGS 1000: DRAINAGES, UTILITIES AND VARIOUS NETWORKS 1100: SUPPLIES OF OFFICE EQUIPMENTS 1200: ENVIRONMENTAL MITIGATION AND SUSTAINABILITY
3. Execution deadline
The maximum deadline provided by the Contracting Authority for the execution of the works subject of this Invitation to tender is Four (04) calendar Months.
