As part of the execution of the projects of the 2026 road fund program, the Mayor of the Municipality of Penka-Michel is launching an open National Call for Tenders FOR MAINTENANCE/REHABILITATION WORK OF THE SECTION OF EARTH ROAD BELOW WITH A VIEW TO OPENING UP CERTAIN AGRICULTURAL BASINS, IN THE DISTRICT OF PENKA-MICHEL, MENOUA DEPARTMENT, WESTERN REGION (Total length: 5,500 km)

- Consistency of the work
The works subject to this call for tenders concern road maintenance/rehabilitation in the Municipality of Penka-Michel, Department of Menoua. They include:
- Site installation
- Bringing and retrieving equipment
- Topographic and geotechnical studies, concrete formulation and production of documents (execution project and as-built plan)
- Network relocation (Camwater + Eneo)
- Clearing
- Bulldozing Clearance
- Felling and stumping of isolated trees
- Lateritic gravel backfill from borrow
- General earthworks and shaping of the Y/C platform, cleaning of ditches and outlets.
- Wearing layer of lateritic gravel thickness: 15 cm
- Transport added value at TM116a prices
- Foundation layer of lateritic gravel, thickness: 20 cm
