# FOR THE HOUSEKEEPING OF THE PASSENGER TERMINAL AT DOUALA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
FINANCING: AEROPORTS DU CAMEROUN S.A.
BUDGET ITEM: BUDGET OF AEROPORTS DU CAMEROUN SA., 2026 Financial Year, and following line 80305.
1. Purpose of the Call for Tenders
As part of the execution of his action plan for the current year, the General Manager of “Aéroports Du Cameroun S.A.”, Project Owner, launches an open national call for tenders, for the housekeeping of the passenger terminal at Douala International Airport.
2. Nature of Services
The services covered by this call for tenders consist of:
- Floor cleaning;
- Cleaning the walls;
- The cleaning of all the bay windows and louvre on both sides;
- The cleaning of illuminated signs;
- The cleaning of telescopic walkways;
- The cleaning of the airport terminal toilets and car parks;
- The cleaning of terraces, esplanades and outdoor car parking;
- Cleaning of curtains, fabrics, office furniture, etc...
The provider will provide the workforce, materials and equipment necessary for the performance of services to make the premises permanently clean and healthy in accordance with the highest standards of public hygiene and environmental measures. (clothes dryers, mono brushes, washing trolleys, scaffolding, carpet vacuums etc.).
The service provider will be required to organize itself to ensure continuous cleanliness (H24) in the passenger terminal.

3. Allotment /Tranches
The services are not subdivided into lots.
4. Estimated Cost
The estimated cost following the preliminary studies is about one hundred and five million (105,000,000) CFA francs, including taxes, per year.
5. Execution deadline
The performance period for services is twenty-four (24) months (Financial Year 2026 onwards). Indeed, the contract to be entered into at the end of this consultation will include a firm twelve (12) month period and a conditional twelve (12) month period.
6. Participation and Origin
Participation in this call for tenders is open on equal terms to companies having their headquarters in the Republic of Cameroon and specialized in the field of professional cleaning and maintenance of large surfaces (over 20,000 m²).
7. Financing
The services covered by this call for tenders will be financed by the budget of “Aéroports Du Cameroun” S.A., (Financial year 2026 and onwards) line 80305.
