OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER
N°:04/ONIT/NC/NCITE/PIB2026 OF 25TH FEBRUARY 2026 FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TWENTY-THREE (28) PUBLIC LIGHTING BASED ON SOLAR PANNEL POWER IN NKOR URBAN SPACE (KOCHI, KIBAVUKE, ASHA, NYALEN, ETAKUM); NONI SUBDIVISION, BUI DIVISION, NORTHWEST REGION.
1. Subject of the invitation to tender
Within the framework of 2026 Public Investment Budget, The Mayor of Nkor Council, the Contracting Authority, on behalf of the Republic of Cameroon, hereby launches an open invitation to tender, for the supply and installation of thirty (30) public lighting based on solar pannel power in Nkor urban space (KOCHI, KIBAVUKE, ASHA, NYALEN, ETAKUM); Noni Subdivision, Bui Division, Northwest Region. It is a single lot.

2. Work consistency
Works to be realized on the account of this project prominently consist of:
- The bringing up and retrieving of equipment;
- The survey of the working area;
- The pecking and the setting out of the poles basement sites;
- The clearing and grubbing, including demolition of existing structure;
- The levelling of platforms and removing of storms;
- The putting in place of the basement cradle;
- The supply and putting in place of galvanized steel holed poles, or any suitable suggestion;
- The supply and putting in place of solar panels;
- The supply and putting in place of streetlight LED lamps comprising 1 to 3 bulbs or any suitable suggestion;
- The supply and putting in place of solar energy storage boxes;
- The supply and putting in place of suitable electric and electronic devices;
- The taking in account of safety measures;
- Any other work necessary for the completion of works.
3. Participation
Participation is open under the same conditions to all Cameroonian companies and business concerned that have proven experience in the field of Renewable Energy, electrical engineering and civil engineering in general.
4. Financing
The works, subject of this invitation to tender, shall be financed by the 2026 Public Investments Budget.
5. Consultation of the tender file
The file may be consulted during working hours at the Nkor Council, Contract Award Service, as soon as this notice is published.
