- Purpose of the Invitation to Tender
In connection with the aforementioned project, the Mayor of the Municipality of Bangangté, the Contracting Authority, is launching, on behalf of the Bangangté City Hall, an Open National Invitation to Tender under an emergency procedure for the execution of the above-mentioned project.
- Scope of Work
- Preliminary work (site preparation)
- Well construction
- Well pumping, treatment, and disinfection testing
- Pumping equipment installation
- Pipe laying
- Construction of the technical building
- Distribution network rehabilitation
- Standpipe rehabilitation
- Supply and installation of a pico solar photovoltaic power plant and maintenance parts
- Training and establishment of a management committee
- Supply of a maintenance kit
- Completion Timeframe
The maximum timeframe stipulated by the Project Owner for the completion of the work covered by this tender is three (3) months.
- Lotting
The work is divided into a single lot.
- Estimated Cost
The estimated cost of the project, following preliminary studies, is:
- 20,338,646 FCFA (including VAT)
- Participation and Origin
Participation in this tender is open to all small and medium-sized enterprises incorporated under Cameroonian law with proven experience in the execution of water supply projects.
- Financing
The work covered by this tender is financed by the 2026 Public Investment Budget (MINDDEVEL).

Issued by a first-class bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry of Finance, a list of which is included in document 12 of the bidding documents, and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original bid validity date.
Note: The security deposit is not an administrative document; therefore, its absence or non-compliance will result in the rejection of the bid.
- Consultation of the Tender Documents
The documents may be consulted during business hours at the Bangangté Municipality (Procurement Department, Telephone: (675 16 93 99; 695 98 36 46) from the date of publication of this notice.
- Acquisition of the Tender Documents
The documents may be obtained from the Bangangté Municipality (Procurement Department) upon presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable fee of fifty thousand (50,000) CFA francs, payable to the Bangangté Municipal Treasury.
- Submission of Bids
Each bid, written in French or English, must be submitted in seven (7) copies, including one (1) original and seven (6) copies marked as such, to the Bangangté Municipality (Procurement Department) no later than March 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time, in a sealed envelope.
