- Decision No. 054 /CDENO/AD/SIGAMP/CITB/2026 of 8 4 AVK 2026 bearing on the award of Open National Invitation to Tender n°. 06/ONIT/CDENO/CITB/2026 of 27/02/2026 for the supply of service pickup 4x4 by emergency procedure to CDENO.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR OF THE NORTH WEST LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT FUND (CONTRACTING AUTHORITY);
- Mindful of the Constitution;
- Mindful of Decree No. 317 of 8/11/1974 creating and organising the North West Livestock Development Fund;
- Mindful of Decree No.2018/366 of 20/6/2019 modifying the Public Contract Code;
DECIDES
ARTICLE 1: That the contract for the Supply of Service pickup 4x4 by emergency procedure to CDENO following the invitation to tender mentioned above is hereby awarded to the enterprise below as follows:
