Mindful of the law No. 2019/024 of 24 December 2019 bill to institute the General Code of Regional and Local Authorities.
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/366 of June 2018 to Institute the Public Contracts Code;
Considering Ministerial Decision No.00000119/CAP/MINMAP of 26th March 2024 bearing on the appointment of a president of the Idenau council internal tender board.
Considering Tender notice No. 006/ONIT/IC/FAKO/ICITB/PIB 2026 of 09/02/2026 for the THE CONSTRUCTION OF MINI SOLAR BOREHOLE WITH TWO OVERHEAD TANKS, TWO FOUNTAINS OF TWO HUNDRED METRES (200 M) APART AT IDENAU AND CONSTRUCTION OF MINI BOREHOLE AT
Considering Tenders’ Board session of 13 March 2026 and award proposal made on the 02 April 2026
HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS
Article 1: That the under mentioned enterprise has been retained as winner:

Consequently, all unsuccessful bidders are hereby giving 15 days to withdraw their bids from the General Secretariat of Idenau Council or same shall be disposed without any further notice.
