N° 06/ONIT/MINDDEVEL/EC/ECITB/2026 OF 19/01/2026 FOR THE REINFORCEMENT AND EXTENSION OF NGEMSIBA I WATER SCHEME TO NGEMSIBA II IN ELAK COUNCIL AREA, BUI DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION.
1. Subject of the invitation to tender:
Within the framework of the 2026 Public Investment Budget (PIB), the LORD MAYOR OF ELAK “Contracting Authority” hereby launches an open National Invitation to tender REINFORCEMENT AND EXTENSION OF NGEMSIBA I WATER SCHEME TO NGEMSIBA II IN ELAK COUNCIL AREA, BUI DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION. This invitation to tender comprises one (01) lot as follows:

2. Nature of services
Work to be done consists of REINFORCEMENT AND EXTENSION OF NGEMSIBA I WATER SCHEME TO NGEMSIBA II IN ELAK COUNCIL AREA, BUI DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION. The works include the following:
- Lot 100: Preliminary works
- Lot 200: construction works
- Lot 300: piping network for water transportation and distribution
- Lot 400: Hygiene and environmental protection.
- Lot 500: Project sustainability
3. Execution deadline
The maximum execution deadline shall be four (04) calendar months, including the rainy season and other vagaries, with effect from the date of notification of the administrative order of work commencement.

# 4. Participation and origin:
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to Cameroonian enterprises that are in compliance with the fiscal laws and having a good experience in the domain concerned.
# 5. Financing
The said Works shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget (PIB) of the MINEE for the 2026 financial year assigned to the Lord Mayor of Elak as Delegated Authorizing officers with Budget Head N°:
# 6. Bid Bond:
Each bidder should include in his administrative document, a bid bond of 382,500 (THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED) FCFA issued by a first rate-bank or financial institution approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance in conformity with COBAC conditions.
