FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN 8m BRIDGE OVER NUMBER TWO WATER ALONG APPOLINAIRE STREET IN KUMBA III SUB-DIVISION, MEME DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION
FUNDING: PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET (PIB), MINTP
1. Subject of the invitation to tender
Within the framework of the improvement of mobility within the Kumba III municipality, most especially its drainage facilities, the Lord Mayor of the Kumba III Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the construction of an 8m bridge over Number Two Water along Appolinaire Street in Kumba III Sub-Division, Meme Division, South West Region.
2. Nature of works
The works comprise notably:
- Installation
- Preliminary and earthworks
- Drainage
- Road sign boards and security equipment
- Painting
3. Execution deadline
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner is fixed at five (05) months.
4. Lots
The works consist of one (01) unique lot.
5. Estimated cost
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 120 119 250 FCFA.
6. Participation and origin
Participation in this Invitation to Tenders is open, on equal terms, to all companies and businesses under Cameroonian law with proven experience in the construction sector.
7. Financing
Works of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Investment Budget - MINTP of the 2026 financial year; Chapter 36, Paragraph 23411.
8. Bid bond
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by CDEC Yaoundé of an amount of 600,596 F CFA and valid for ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

Also, the bid bond must be in compliance with the model of the Tender file.
9. Consultation of tender file
The file may be consulted during working hours at the Kumba III Council as soon as this notice is published.
10. Acquisition of tender file
The file may be obtained at Kumba III Council as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of 100 000 (One hundred thousand) CFA francs, payable at Kumba III Council Municipal Treasury.
11. Submission of bids
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach The Kumba III Council not later than the 28/04 at 10 am and should carry the inscription:
