1. __Subject of the invitation to tender:__

Within the framework of thePublic Investment Budget 2026, __*The Mayor of ALOU COUNCIL *__hereby launches an __OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER \(BY EMERGENCY __PROCEDURE\)

<a id="_Hlk187732630"></a><a id="_Hlk221789893"></a>FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NUSERY BLOCK AT GNS NCHENATET\-NJENAWAUNG IN ALOU SUB DIVISION LEBIALEM DIVISION

1. __Nature of works:__

The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provide in the technical specifications and the quantitative estimates\.

1. __Execution time frame:__

The maximum time frame provided for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is __three \(03\) months__, with effect from the date of notification of the service order to commence works\.

1. __Lots:__

The works is in one lot\.

1. __Estimated cost:__

The estimated budget inclusive of taxes is as twenty two million \(22,000,000\) francs\.

1. __Participation and origin:__

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender\. Bidders can bid for one or more lots but can be awarded a maximum of two lots\.

1. __Financing:__

Works of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Investment Budget \(PIB\) of the 2026 financial year, budget head, <a id="_Hlk221869823"></a><a id="_Hlk161307470"></a>IMPUTATION: <a id="_Hlk222007242"></a>E015180330000010911464211 RECORD: JB01528

1. __Bid bond__

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first\-rate Financial establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No\. 11 of the Tender File and Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security worth of 440 000FCFA \(2% of the project amount first phase\) which is valid for thirty \(30\) days beyond the date of validity of bids\.

Bid bonds for unsuccessful bidders shall be withdrawn not later than fifteen \(15\) days after the award of the contract and that of the successful bidder shall be retained until the required performance guarantee for good execution is provided

1. __Acquisition of tender file:__

The file may be obtained from *the ALOU COUNCIL Office \(General Secretariat\), *as soon as this notice is published against payment of 44,000frs at the Alou Municipal Treasury\.
