- Subject of the Tender Notice:
Within the framework of the execution of the 2026 Public Investment Budget for the state of Cameroon, the President of the North West Regional Assembly, Contracting Authority, hereby launches, an Open National Invitation to Tender N° 17/ONIT/NWRAITB/2026 of JAN 2/2026 FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS TO SOME DISTRICT HOSPITALS IN THE NORTH-WEST REGION, DIVIDED INTO TWO (02) LOTS.
- Nature of supplies;
The services of this contract comprise notably:
- The acquisition,
- Delivery,
- Installation, and
- Testing.
- Delivery deadline;
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner for the delivery of the supplies for this invitation to tender is One hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of notification to start the supply.

The supply is in Two (2) lots.

- Participation and origin
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to interested duly legalized Cameroonian companies both National and International who fulfilled the requirements of this invitation to tender and are particularly exercising in the domain of public Procurement, and who has fulfilled their fiscal obligations in accordance with the 2026 Finance Law.
- Financing
Supplies that are the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the 2026 Public Investment Budget transferred to the North West Regional Assembly.
