# 1) Objet de l'Appel d'Offres
Le Maire de la Commune de Douala 5ème, Autorité contractante, lance un avis d'Appel d'offres National Ouvert, pour l'entretien et le nettoyage permanent et journalier des Bâtiments de la Commune de Douala 5ème.
# 2) Consistance des Prestations
Les prestations objet du présent Appel d'Offres comprennent l'entretien, nettoyage permanent et journalier des Bâtiments notamment : le balayage, le lavage, le lustrage des sols, murs, fenêtres et meubles des sites à nettoyer.
# 3) Allotissement
Les prestations sont subdivisées en deux (02) lots ci-après définis :

# 1. Subject of the invitation to tender
The mayor to the Douala 5th City Council, Contracting Authority, Launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for maintenance, daily and permanent cleaning of buildings to the Douala 5th City Council.
# 2. Nature of Services
The services subject of this open invitation to tender consist of sweeping, washing and polishing of floors, walls, windows and furniture in the internal and external services to the Douala 5th City Council.
# 3. Allotment
There are split up into two (02) independent lots as follows:
