# "OPEN INTERNATIONAL CONSULTATION NOTICE FOR THE SELECTION OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS TRADERS IN CAMEROON FOR THE MONTHS OF OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER 2023 AND JANUARY 2024"
To ensure the sustainable supply of petroleum products in Cameroon, the Minister of Water and Energy hereby launches an open international consultation for the selection of petroleum products Traders to supply petroleum products to local importers.
This consultation is open to international oil trading companies and involves the supply of a total of 660,000 metric tons of petroleum products for the months of October, November, December 2023 and January 2024.
Tenders may be submitted for one (1) or more packages distributed as follows :
- Package A: 120,000 metric tons of Super (Gasoline) in Douala;
- Package B: 120,000 metric tons of Super (Gasoline) in Limbe;
- Package C: 144,000 metric tons of Gasoil in Douala;
- Package D: 216,000 metric tons of Gasoil in Limbe;
- Package E: 60,000 metric tons of Jet A1 in Douala.
The benchmarks of the various products will be FOB MED ITALY for gasoline and Jet and CIF NWE/basis ARA for gasoil.
The final bid price shall be the mean of the average quotations published by Platts European Marketscan under the heading FOB MED ITALY for gasoline and Jet and CIF NWE/basis ARA for gasoil, plus the premium.
The evaluation criteria shall be based on the assessment of the following elements:
- Technical file;
- Financial bid.
Interested candidates can consult the Consultation Notice File online on the website www.minee.cm or obtain the said file and any additional information from the Department of Petroleum Products and Gas, 2nd floor of MINEE's annex Building, located opposite the Mvog Ada Tax Office, P.O. Box 70 Yaounde, Tel.: (+237) 222 223 400, 674 99 97 05.
The tender file, drafted in English or French, shall be addressed to the Minister of Water and Energy and deposited at the Ministry of Water and Energy, 4th floor, Room 04T05 (Emergence building), not later than 16th August 2023 at 12:00 PM prompt, local time.

Dans le cadre de l'approvisionnement pérenne du Cameroun en produits pétroliers, le Ministre de l'Eau et de l'Energie lance une consultation internationale ouverte pour la sélection des Traders en vue de la livraison des produits pétroliers aux Importateurs locaux.
Ladite consultation est ouverte aux sociétés de Trading pétrolier reconnues sur le marché international et porte sur la fourniture d'une quantité de 660 000 tonnes métriques de produits pétroliers au titre des mois de octobre, novembre, décembre 2023 et janvier 2024.
La soumission peut se faire sur un (01) ou plusieurs lots ainsi qu'il suit :
- Lot A : 120 000 tonnes métriques de Super (Gasoline) à Douala ;
