CIRCULAR LETTER

Subject: Closure of commitment and payment authorization operations on the budgets of the State and other public entities on the account of the 2022 fiscal year
Pursuant to the provisions of Law N° 2018/012 of July 11, 2018 on the financial regime of the State and other public entities in its article 62 (2),
I have the honour to inform you that, except in exceptional circumstances, the dates for the closure of commitment and payment authorization operations on the budget of the State and other public entities, for the 2022 fiscal year are fixed as follows:
- Wednesday, November 30, 2022 for the closure of commitment operations;
- Saturday, December 31, 2022 for the closure of payment authorization operations;
- Tuesday, January 31, 2023 for the complementary accounting period.
To this end, staff from my ministerial department will be deployed to your respective structures, to effectively close the said operations, and collect data on the level of the execution of the 2022 budget.
I remain grateful for the measures that you may wish to take in your various capacities, in a bid to make this exercise a success as well as ensure the strict respect of the aforementioned deadlines.
