PRESS RELEASE
The Director General of Taxation invites Taxpayers of the Large Tax Unit (LTU) to henceforth file their contentious/litigation claims and requests for respite of payment exclusively online, via the website of the Directorate General of Taxation (www.impots.cm). As such, the above requests will no longer be admissible in their manual or physical forms as from April 15, 2020.
For more information on the modalities for submitting online requests and automatic issuance of respite of payment, taxpayers should refer to the Practical guide on dematerialisation procedures of contentious claims and request for Respite of Payment published on the website of the Directorate General of Taxation indicated above.
The Director General of Taxation requests all concerned taxpayers to make full use of this new tool which further complements the modernisation and simplification reforms of tax procedures. /-
