Under the terms of circular note n° 007/MINFI/DGI/LRI/L of 26 February 2021 on the management of tax return or payment failures attributable to the tax administration’s computer system, and considering the impact of the scheduled discontinuation of the online platform of the Directorate General of Taxation during the first two weeks of February 2022,
The Director-General of Taxation informs taxpayers who pay their taxes by OTP (Online Tax Payment), bank transfers, cash at counters of financial institutions, and mobile phones (« mobile tax »), that they will not be charged any late payment penalties for returns and payments due by February 15, 2022.
