# TENUE DE L'EDITION PIONNIERE DU FORUM ÉCONOMIQUE INTERNATIONAL POUR L'IMPORT-SUBSTITUTION AVEC LES PAYS D’AMERIQUE LATINE (FEIPAL) 2026
Le Ministre des Relations Extérieures du Cameroun a I'honneur d'informer l'opinion publique nationale et internationale de la tenue du 21 au 23 avril 2026 à Yaoundé, de la première édition du Forum Économique pour l'Import-Substitution avec les Pays d'Amérique Latine (FEIPAL 2026).
Placée sous le thème : « Optimiser la production locale par le partenariat international pour la transformation structurelle de l'économie du Cameroun », cette rencontre de haut niveau se veut un cadre privilégié de dialogue et de partenariat entre le Cameroun et les pays d'Amérique Latine.
Cette ve nr sn dans a damiqu de dat éoiqu prônée par le Chef de l'Etat du Cameroun.
Pour cette édition inaugurale, cinq pays d'Amérique latine sont invités, à savoir : la République fédérative du Brésil; la République Argentine; la République Orientale de l'Uruguay ; la République de Colombie ; et la République du Chili.
Le FEIPAL 2026 réunira autour des oficiels et personnalités du monde des affaires de ces pays amis, des décideurs politiques, des experts internationaux, des acteurs économiques et des investisseurs camerounais, en vue d'explorer les opportunités de coopération dans le domaine de l'agriculture, de l'industrialisation et du développement local, conformément à la vision de développement économique du Chef de l'État, S.E. Paul BIYA.

# HOLDING OF THE PIONEER EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC FORUM FOR IMPORT-SUBSTITUTION WITH LATIN AMERICAN COUNTRIES
(EFILAC) 2026
The Minister of External Relations of the Republic of Cameroon has the honour to inform the national and international public opinion of the holding, from 21 to 23 April 2026 in Yaoundé, of the first edition of the Economic Forum for Import-Substitution with Latin American Countries (EFILAC) 2026.
Held under the theme: "Optimising Local Production through International Partnership for the Structural Transformation of Cameroon's Economy", this highlevel meeting is intended to serve as a key platform for dialogue and partnership between Cameroon and the countries of Latin America.
This pioneering initiative is part of the dynamic of innovative economic diplomacy advocated by the Head of State of Cameroon.
For this inaugural edition, five Latin American countries have been designated as guests, namely: the Federative Republic of Brazil; the Argentine Republic; the Oriental Republic of Uruguay; the Republic of Colombia; the Republic of Chile.
EFILAC 2026 will bring together, alongside officials and business persons of these friendly countries, Cameroonian political decision-makers, international experts, economic operators and investors, with a view to exploring cooperation opportunities in the fields of agriculture, industrialisation and local development, in line with the vision of economic development of the Head of State, H.E. Paul BIYA.
