The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby informs the public opinion of the circulation at the moment, especially on the social media, of false information about a so-called special recruitment presently going on in the Ministry he is in charge of.
This rumour comes from dubious persons and sometimes gives rise to acts of corruption and fraud that expose their perpetrators and accomplices to disciplinary sanctions and legal action.
The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform reiterates that any recruitment into the public service is done either through a training or direct competitive examination or by special authorization from the President of the Republic or the Prime Minister, Head of Government, in furtherance with the provisions of the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service and the decree of 9 November 1978 to lay down the common provisions applicable to State employees governed by the Labour Code.
Besides, he specifies that the only recruitments going on concern competitive examinations and selection tests announced within the framework of the implementation of the 2020 recruitment plan.
