Permit me to add that this toll free line is expanding and currently receiving thousands of calls daily. This testifies to the interest of our fellow citizens have for the Covid-19 pandemic in Cameroon. I equally wish to reiterate that this line should not be saturated by calls on other matters than COVID-19.
Yesterday, I informed you about the decision to decentralize the management of the health crisis. In this line, a central level team led by the Secretary of States to the Ministry of Public Health, in charge of Epidemics control, is currently in Douala until next Monday with the aim to build the response capacity of the Incident Management System in the Littoral region.
