The Minister of Basic Education, Professor Laurent Serge ETOUNDI NGOA, informs candidates, examiners, parents, and the entire educational community that the written and oral examinations for the CERTIFICAT D'ETUDES PRIMAIRES (CEP) and the FIRST SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE (FSLC) for the 2026 session will take place on Tuesday, June 16th and Wednesday, June 17th throughout the country.
He reminds all candidates that, they should :
- Arrive the Examination Centers at 7:00 AM prompt;
- Come along with their school ID card or acceptance slip;
- Use only a blue, purple, or black ballpoint pen, rulers, a pencils and Maths' sets
Furthermore, candidates are informed that they will be writing their exams on answer sheets and scrap paper provided by the Administration.

Finally, the Minister of Basic Education urges all candidates to demonstrate seriousness and concentration during the exams. He reiterates his encouragement to teachers, supervisors, and parents, while appealing to their sense of responsibility, for supporting students through this crucial stage.
