Je suis heureux de saisir une de fois de plus l'occasion qui m'est offerte pour m'adresser à la communauté militaire et au grand public à travers les colonnes du magazine d'information « EMANEWS » de l'Etat-Major des Armées. Dans cette quatrième édition, il sera question, comme à l'accoutumée, de dresser le bilan des activités de l'Etat-Major des Armées au cours de l'année 2023 et d'esquisser quelques perspectives d'avenir en rapport avec l'évolution des enjeux sécuritaires.
