APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NATIONAL SPORTS AND LEISURE COMMISSION OF THE CAMEROON BAR ASSOCIATION

THE PRESIDENT OF THE CAMEROON BAR ASSOCIATION,

MINDFUL of Law No. 90/059 of 19th December 1990 to organize Practice at the Bar;

MINDFUL of Decision N°41/DPJ/SG/MJ of 12th April 2005 on the Internal Regulations of the Cameroon Bar Association;

MINDFUL of the Proceedings of the General Assembly of the Cameroon Bar Association of 19th and 20th June 2022;

MINDFUL of the General Directives of the Bar President on the functioning of the Bar council;

MINDFUL of the necessity of service;

DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: Under the supervision of the Bar President, the National Sports and Leisure Commission of the Cameroon Bar Association shall be responsible for promoting the continuous practice of sports and recreational activities for the physical and moral well-being of Advocates.

Article 2: From the date of signature of the present decision, the following Advocates are appointed to the National Sports and Leisure Commission of the Cameroon Bar Association:
