The Minister of Finance wishes to inform actors of the double chain of local public order and expenditure which are: Presidents of Regional Executive Councils, Presidents of Regional Councils, Mayors of Cities, Mayors of District Councils, Mayors of Councils, Specialized Financial Controllers of DTC, Public Accountants of DTC, that his ministerial department is organizing on May 31, 2022, a national workshop to monitor and support decentralized local authorities in the proper execution of the 2022 budgets, in collaboration with the Ministries in charge of Decentralization (MINDDEVEL), Public Investments (MINEPAT) and Public Procurement (MINMAP).
This work will take place simultaneously in the five (05) regions selected and will be chaired by Governors of these regions, in accordance with the distribution contained in the table below:
