The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby informs the national and international community that in line with the provisions of articles 88 and 89 of Cameroon’s Public Contracts Code, he has published two Invitations to Tender concerning the new Computerized System for the Integrated Management of State Personnel and the Payroll (SIGIPES 2), namely:

  1. The Open National Invitation to Tender No.S2/43/001/AAO/MINFOPRA/CIMP/2021, to provide assistance to the Project Management in the designing, development and commissioning of the New Computerized System for the Integrated Management of State Personnel and the Payroll (SIGIPES 2), in emergency procedure, and
  1. The Limited International Invitation to Tender No.S2/43/002/AOIR/MINFOPRA/CIMP/2021 on the designing, development and commissioning of the basic functionalities of the New Computerized System for the Integrated Management of State Personnel and the Payroll (SIGIPES 2) and specific to the Cameroon government, in emergency procedure.

He thereby invites all companies interested, for further information, to get into contact with the Department of General Affairs (Contracts Service, Room 506 of the main building of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform, telephone number: 222 22 05 23), or to consult the official website of the Public Contracts Regulatory Agency (ARMP) at http://www.armp.cm/ or the official web site of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform at: http://www.minfopra.gov.cm.
