Designating the officials authorized to sign the Computerized and secure Certificates of Irrevocable Transfer of salaries (CITs) in central administration and in the decentralized structures of the Ministry of Finance.

Within the framework of the implementation of the "AVI" application for the production of computerized and secure irrevocable salary transfer certificates, in central administration and in the decentralized structures of the Ministry of Finance,

I have the honour to inform you that the Payroll Inspectors are authorized to sign the CITs in central administration and the Regional Financial Controllers in their respective regions.

This circular takes effect from the date of signature./-
