REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2020/340 OF 24 JUNE 2020 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), a loan agreement for an amount of USD 12 million, or approximately CFAF 7 billion, to finance the Project to Construct and Equip the Annex Building of the Mbalmayo Regional Hospital
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2019/23 of 24 December 2019: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2020 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), a loan agreement for an amount of USD 12 million, or approximately CFAF 7 billion, to finance the Project to Construct and Equip the Annex Building of the Mbalmayo Regional Hospital.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
