RésuméLe Président de la République du Cameroun décrète le samedi 31 octobre 2020 jour de deuil national en mémoire des victimes de l'attaque du complexe scolaire Mother Francisca International Bilingual Academy à Kumba. Le drapeau national sera mis en berne toute la journée sur l'ensemble du territoire. Le décret sera enregistré, publié selon la procédure d'urgence et inséré au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND

DECREE No. 2020/648 OF 28 OCT 2020 to declare a day of national mourning

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: Saturday, 31 October 2020, is declared a day of national mourning in memory of the victims of the attack, on 24 October 2020, of the Mother Francisca International Bilingual Academy school complex in Fiango, Kumba, Meme Division.

ARTICLE 2: The national flag shall be flown at half-mast all day long throughout the national territory.

ARTICLE 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
