1. Introduction
The information contained in this document is for use by participants attending the COMESA Policy Organs Meetings, which will be held in Lusaka, Zambia on 25-28 November 2024.
2. Dates and Venue of meetings
The Policy Organs Meetings are scheduled as follows:

2.1 Meeting agendas
The agendas and organization of work for the meetings will be posted on the Policy Organs meetings document links on the COMESA Website in due course.
3. Transport
3.2. Ministers/Heads of Delegation
The COMESA Secretariat will provide one (1) VIP vehicle for the Minister from the COMESA Coordinating Ministry and any other Minister who will attend the Council Meetings. Any officially designated representative of a Minister will also be provided with a vehicle for the duration of the Council of Ministers meeting.
