To set up Treasury satations in Regional Councils.-
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of n°2018/012 of 11 July 2018 pertaining to the financial regime of the state and other public entities;
Mindful of law n°2019/024 of 24 December 2019 on the General Code of Regional and Local Authorities;
Mindful of decree n°92/089 of 04 May 1992 precising the attributes of the Prime Minister modified and completed by the decree n°95/145 bis of 04 August 1995;
Mindful of decree n°2013/066 of 28 February 2013 to organize the Ministry of Finance;
Mindful of decree n°2011/408 of 09 December 2011 organize the government modified and completed by decree n°2018/191 du 02 March 2018;
Mindful of decree n°2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to Government Restructuring;
Mindful of decree n°2020/375 of 07 July 2018 on the General Regulation of Public Accounting,
HERE BY DECREE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.- With effect from the date of signature of this order, the Treasury stations placed at the Regions, hereafter to as "Regional Council Treasuries", are set up:

- Adamawa Regional Council Treasury;
- Centre Regional Council Treasury;
- East Regional Council Treasury;
- Far North Regional Council Treasury;
- Littoral Regional Council Treasury;
- North Regional Council Treasury;
- North West Regional Council Treasury;
- West Regional Council Treasury;
- South Regional Council Treasury;
- South West Regional Council Treasury.
SECTION 2.- The Regional Council Treasury shall cover the entire Region, Regional and Local Authorities.
SECTION 3.- The Director General of the Budget and the Director General of the Treasury, Financial and Monetary Cooperation shall be responsible, each in his own respect, for setting up the Treasury stations.
SECTION 4.- This order shall be registered published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French. /-
