Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centres; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centres; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order No 000074/O/A/MINDDEVEL/SG/DSL of 21st April 2022 to lay down the establishment of the Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre of Torock in Guidiguis Sub-division, Mayo-Kani Division ; Considering Letter No 000106/L/K45/A1 of 22th November 2022 of the Senior Divisional Officer of Mayo-Kani Division ; Considering service needs,
Vu La Constitution ; Vu L'ordonnance n° 81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ; Vu le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n° 2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu l'arrêté n°000074/O/A/MINDDEVEL/SG/DSL du 21 avril 2022 portant création du centre d'état civil secondaire de Torock dans l'Arrondissement de Guidiguis, Département du Mayo-Kani; Considérant la lettre n°000106/L/K45/A1 du 22 novembre 2022 du Préfet du Département de Mayo-Kani; Considérant les nécessités de service,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: Article 1. Mr YAOUBA ADAMA is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Torock Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre in Guidiguis Sub-Division, Mayo-Kani Division. Article 2. Mr YAOUBA ADAMA shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with article 7 (5) of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011.
