To establish a secondary civil status registration centre of Mebame, in Meyomessala Sub-Division, Dja et Lobo Division. Portant création du centre d'état civil secondaire de Mebame, dans l'Arrondissement de Meyomessala, Département du Dja et Lobo.
THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of December 23, 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Considering transmission No.157/L/LO1/SDL of 14 April 2025 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Dja et Lobo,
VU la Constitution ; VU la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; VU le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018; VU le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; VU le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Considérant la transmission n°157/L/LO1/SDL du 14 avril 2025 du Préfet du Département du Dja et Lobo,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: ARRETE :
Article 1. The secondary civil status registration centre of MEBAME is hereby, established in Meyomessala Sub-division, Dja et Lobo Division, whose head office and area of jurisdiction shall be as follows:
Article 1.- Il est créé dans l'Arrondissement de Meyomessala, Département du Dja et Lobo, le centre d'état civil secondaire de MEBAME, dont le siège et le ressort territorial sont fixés ainsi qu'il suit :

Article 2. The area of jurisdiction of the existing secondary centres shall be modified accordingly.
Article 2.- Sont modifiés en conséquence, les ressorts territoriaux des centres secondaires existants.
Article 3. The Senior Divisional Officer of Dja et Lobo is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
Article 3.- Le Préfet du Département du Dja et Lobo est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté qui sera enregistré, publié, puis inséré au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais. /-
